I grew up immersed in an active lifestyle, constantly involved in sports & naturally drawn to healthier choices. Movement & physical activity quickly became part of who I am, shaping a passion that led me to Barry’s nearly 11 years ago & later to an incredible opportunity as a Nike Trainer.
With years of experience in the fitness industry, I decided to deepen my knowledge by studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, becoming a certified health coach.
I’m a firm believer that resistance training is essential for everyone, not just athletes. It’s the foundation for strength, injury prevention, & longevity, and plays a vital role in healthy aging.
Today, I find immense joy in helping others uncover their healthiest selves. My mission is to guide people toward the lifestyle choices, & movement practices that best support their mental & physical well-being.
